By engaging Golden State Weddings for wedding planning services, you agree to these terms of service. Our services include wedding planning, vendor coordination, day-of management, and related consultation services throughout California.

Payment Terms

Payment schedules and terms will be outlined in your specific service contract. Generally, a deposit is required to secure services, with remaining payments due according to the agreed timeline. All payments must be received according to the contract schedule.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms vary by package and timing. Cancellations made more than 6 months before the wedding date may be eligible for partial refunds, minus administrative fees. Cancellations within 6 months of the wedding date may result in forfeiture of all fees paid.

Force Majeure

Golden State Weddings is not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, venue closures, or vendor unavailability.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for our services. We are not responsible for vendor performance, venue issues, or circumstances outside our direct control. We recommend wedding insurance for additional protection.

Vendor Relationships

While we recommend trusted vendors, you are responsible for your contracts with vendors. We facilitate introductions and coordination but are not liable for vendor performance or disputes.
